This qualification has been developed for a large range of learners. It explores the impact of positive behaviour, the importance of a healthy diet, and also how mindfulness and meditation can greatly improve your mental state.

This qualification is aimed at people who are seeking employment or are anxious about returning to work. It’s designed to help students be more aware of the principles of maintaining personal well-being in a work setting. It also explores the impact of positive and negative behaviour, the benefits of a healthy physical and mental state, and also how factors such as healthy eating can be beneficial to our overall well-being.
This course offers a total of 8 modules that cover everything from what makes a good workplace to how life outside of work can affect our employment. It teaches how to maintain a healthy work-life balance and also encourages good habits such as healthy eating and self-development practices.
This Level 2 course covers inclusion in the workplace. It is designed to educate people on LGBT history and culture, and also the organisational policies and legislation that affect people who identify as LGBT. The goal of this course is to promote positive interaction with people from the LGBT community and also encourage inclusivity.
This course explores many different aspects such as the impact of language, stereotyping and assumptions, and how learners can maintain a supportive work environment that encourages inclusion.
